Dear all, last year Govt. of France has decided to increase tuition fee of its govt. universities to a large extent for foreigner students starting this year. Previously, the tuition fee of public universities was exempted or very nominal such as 200-250 Euros a year for Masters, MPhil
But there are still a few govt. universities in France, who are still exempted from tuition fees objecting increase in fee. If you apply there in your desired courses, do search for scholarships there as well. Often these universities offer scholarships. Also you can prepare yourself for Eiffel France scholarship which will open at the end of this year
Here is the list of universities where you can still have tuition fee exemption or scholarships

7. Université Angers
8. Université Le Mans
9. Université Tours
10. Université Paris Nanterre (Paris X)
11. Université Caen-Normandie
12. Université Rouen-Normandie
13. Université Strasbourg
14. Université Lorraine
15. Université Paris-Saclay
16. Université Paris-Sud
17. Université Bretagne Occidentale
18. Université Grenoble Alpes
19. Sciences Po Grenoble
20. École nationale supérieure d'architecture (ENSAG)
21. La Communauté Université Grenoble Alpes (ComUE UGA)
22. Grenoble INP
23. École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS)
But do remember that these 23 universities will have full pressure of applicants this year due to the only universities with exemption or nominal fees for international students. So apply after careful understanding of procedures of universities with best of your efforts
Also these universities have their own scholarships too. Do go through their websites to secure a good scholarship for yourself
Also you need them when you will apply for Eiffel Masters/ MPhil Scholarships this year.
